Catherine Wuttke


Initially trained as a physiotherapist, Catherine spent a number of years working in the Australian health care system before moving to occupational health and risk management roles within business. Further studies in Business including an MBA supported her positions of Human Resources Manager within banking and the health and community care sectors.
Completing her law degree in 2007, Catherine was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland. She has worked in private practice and as the company secretary and governance executive for a number of business boards. While in Jakarta with her family, Catherine completed her Graduate Diploma of Governance through the Governance Institute of Australia and was a Board member and supported the Board function at the British School Jakarta. Since returning to Australia in late 2015 Catherine has continued to work in the governance area in the education and agriculture sectors.
Catherine contributes regularly to Outback Futures as a volunteer within her areas of expertise and we look forward to her ongoing support.


Bruce Moore

Process & Health Administration

MAICD, Bth, DipMgmt, AssDipRT, CertIVBus (Governance).   Bruce is an entrepreneurial leader who has proven credibility in pioneering new initiatives. He draws from a diverse experience in senior management roles within government, business and the not-for-profit sectors. Bruce has a heart for the bush and has worked in government and not-for-profit leadership roles supporting remote areas of Queensland. Over the past 13 years Bruce has provided specialist consultancy in organisational and leadership development as Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Step 1 Management Group. He works closely with executive boards and leadership teams through strategic consultations, governance, executive coaching and team engagement. Bruce is a highly respected advisor and consultant successfully engaging with a range of multinational companies assisting them in the process of forming strategic alliances for the delivery of large commercial projects on the world stage.
